Location: Odessa, Texas
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while taking and delivering accurate messages.
- Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
- Assist with customer accounts, invoices, purchase orders, and general administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments and assist with daily office operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and QuickBooks to support administrative and business functions.
