CDL/ Water Treatment (Chemical) Operator
A leading provider of water treatment solutions, committed to delivering reliable services while ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CDL Driver/Operator with HAZMAT and TANKER endorsements to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a CDL Driver/Water Treatment Operator, you will play a crucial role in transporting totes of treated water and chemicals to and from various field locations. 
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products while adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in operating tankers, have a thorough understanding of HAZMAT regulations, and demonstrate a commitment to safe driving practices.
When you are not driving, you will be on location assisting as an operator with the treatment of the water to frac down hole. 
Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL Class A license with HAZMAT and TANKER endorsements  
  • Strong knowledge of HAZMAT transportation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents within the last three years.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading and unloading totes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be Flexible
  • Strong Willingness to learn
  • Mechanically inclined (preferably background in mechanics and or maintenance)
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work a rotational shift (14 on and 14 off) 
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
As a CDL Driver you will:
  • Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport totes of liquid materials to designated locations.
  • Utilize HAZMAT procedures and guidelines to load, transport, and unload hazardous materials safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect vehicle and loads during transport to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues to management.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
As an operator you will:
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance
Work Environment:
  • Drivers and Operators may work in various settings, including equipment containment units on frac sites, manufacturing plants, municipalities, and hospitals
  • Most of the work performed in the Permian Basin will be on frac sites.
  • The role may involve standing for long periods and working with machinery.
