Diesel Service Technician 3 POSITION DESCRIPTION
Diesel Service Tech 3 must be able to complete the diagnosis of any mechanical, electrical, or other failures/breakdowns of a truck or its related equipment. This position will also perform the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of truck engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, clutches, brakes, and electrical systems.

- ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Trained to use all tools of the trade, including precision instruments and technical shop machines, and diagnostic tools.
- Use previous and on-the-job training to read and understand technical.
- He/She will learn to determine the usability of all component parts and must be able to list and order all needed parts using the dealer management system.
- Must be able to complete work accurately and timely as outlined in published time standards guidelines.
- Must be able to write and/or type a good description of all work performed on

- Achieves and maintains certifications as required by the company, the OEM or by Federal Law.

Christopher started in the staffing business 21 years ago working as a temporary employee. He was eventually asked to help out internally as a filing clerk and receptionist. He moved to recruiting within a year and worked a desk for 15 years before becoming operations director. Christopher loves being able to see everything come together and function well. He says it’ s like watching a well-oiled engine running smoothly. He’s a numbers person, so stats, kpo’s and financial evaluation give him that warm and fuzzy feeling… most of the time. Christopher studied business at University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
In his spare time, Christopher likes to remodel houses, exercise, and read murder mysteries. He also loves working in the yard and watching the plants he’s groomed grow, bloom and become something beautiful. He enjoys playing with his two Sphynx Cats, Cinnamon and Gnocchi and his dogs, Clover and Mulligan.
