Now Hiring: HR / Office Manager
Location: Big Springs, Texas 
 
Position Summary
The HR / Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily Human Resources, office administration, facility operations, procurement, workplace safety, and administrative accounting functions of the organization. 

  • This position serves as the primary point of contact for employee administration, onboarding, training coordination, facility management, vendor relationships, and office operations while providing administrative and financial support to the Finance department.
 
  • The HR / Office Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. 
 
  • This position serves as an ambassador for safety, professionalism, and accountability while ensuring the office and facility operate efficiently and safely.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
  • Serve as the primary HR contact and support employee relations.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, training documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support HR communications, policies, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all personnel information.
Office Administration & Operations
  • Manage daily office operations, records, and reporting.
  • Coordinate office communications, vendor relationships, and administrative support.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and workplace services.
  • Monitor workplace conditions and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Maintain facility documentation and coordinate service providers as needed.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Order office, maintenance, cleaning, and PPE supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
  • Obtain quotes and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Safety & Compliance Leadership
  • Promote workplace safety and PPE compliance.
  • Coordinate safety training and documentation.
  • Support compliance requirements and safety initiatives.
  • Encourage safe work practices and accountability.
Financial & Accounting Administration
  • Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain customer and vendor records and assist with payment inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, expense documentation, and audit support.
  • Enter and maintain data in ERP systems, including Business Central or SAP.

Desired Experience

  • 3+ years of Human Resources, Office Management, or Operations Administration experience.
  • Experience with employee onboarding, employee records, and recruiting support.
  • Experience coordinating facilities, vendors, workplace services, and procurement activities.
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, expense reporting, and financial administration.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, energy, or service-based organizations preferred.
