Shop Hand

At our industrial manufacturing facility in Odessa, Tx , we are seeking a motivated and hardworking Shop Hand to join our team. As a leading producer and distributor of high-quality industrial lifting equipment and accessories, we are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks on the shop floor, including material handling, equipment operation, assembly, and general production support. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions will be essential to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished products
- Operate various hand and power tools to support manufacturing and assembly processes
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the work area organized and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:
