Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintains Good Customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on products.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Team up with Outside Sales Representatives via email, phone and in person to submit customers’ quotes and orders
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Process points of sale purchases.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Maintains a database of clients and orders.
- Establish new client relationships when possible.
- Follow up on orders by contacting clients to obtain missing information, answer inquiries, ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep informed on new technology, products and features.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving and delivery of products and materials.
- Provide proper certificates and tags for products by using Proof Test equipment.
- Loading customers' orders.
- Comply with inventory control procedures including ordering products.
- Provide feedback to management on client concerns
- Take up other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of applicable computer operating systems and software.
- Working knowledge of products and their usage.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
