Job Responsibilities
- Process invoices and submit for payment using email and Open Invoice
- Enter invoices and pay bills using Quickbooks
- Reconcile Business Credit Card Statements and bank statements
- Maintain Files
- Maintain Vehicle, Business and Employee Insurance
- Vehicle registration renewals
- Retrieve mail from post office and make deposits to bank
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Order supplies
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Eligible to work in the US
- Attention to detail
- Computer Proficiency
- Open Invoice and Quickbooks knowledge
