Skills & Experience  Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 5 or more years of supervisory experience of directing 20 or more employees.
  • Experience in scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.
  • Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required
  • Lift & move 45 lbs or more.
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude to learn all equipment.
  • Willing to work in environments that may be adverse 
  • Computer Skills:  Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook
  • English – proficient in business writing and verbal communication
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
Specific Role Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise cleaning crews activities; includes determining method of cleaning, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked
  • Assure cleaning team meets production goals
  • Learn to quote work with the Operations Manager as needed. 
  • Assist in resolving production obstacles, or scheduling problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and retaining talent. 
  • Assist in work when there are shortages.
  • Work alternate shifts as needed.
  • Lead or assist in recognition programs as well as timely corrective action.
  • Monitor safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Alternate weekend phone duties with members of the team
  • Maintain liaison with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., and project schedule with the administrative staff.
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Perform additional assignments per manager's direction.
