Is seeking a
Shop Pump Mechanic
As a leading pump distributor and service provider specializing in a wide range of pumps, including centrifugal, plunger PD, horizontal, and vertical pumps— our team requires skilled individuals to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking to hire motivated, dependable professionals who can contribute to our mechanical shop service success.
Job Requirements will include but are not limited to:
- Pump Maintenance & Repairs: Maintenance and repair of equipment with gas, propane, or diesel. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of various pump systems such as duplex, triplex, quintuplex pumps
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues related to pumps and associated systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry standards to ensure safe operation within the workshop and on client sites.
- Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers, sales, and other departments to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
Experience & Expertise:
- 2yrs--Previous experience in knowledge of pump systems, pump maintenance, service, and installation, specifically with:
- Centrifugal
- Plunger PD
- Horizontal
- Vertical Pumps
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Understanding of pump mechanics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. 50lbs +

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Education & Certifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specialized pumps such as chemical, or wastewater pumps.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations (OSHA, etc.).
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with technological advancements in the pump industry.
- Must be trainable and be an integral part of the team.
