The tank mechanic will be working for a tank rental and service company that rents Containers on Flatbeds for chemicals for oilfield application.
The Ideal candidate will be preforming minor upkeep and preventative maintenance on vessels and flatbeds (Containers for chemicals on a flatbed) - breaks, hoses, seals, etc
Some welding with TIG/MIG - no experience with welding, will teach if willing
Preform Air and hydro tests on the vessels
Preform DOT inspections on the flatbed trailers
HAVE TO BE EXPERIENCED with power tools and hand tools (especially grinders and drills), mechanically inclined, have forklift experience or willing to learn, and overall willing to learn!
Will train in house.
8-5 Monday - Friday
Some Saturdays depending on work load.
Able and willing to work in any climate.
Will phone interview with Amber - if passes, then will interview with Kevin and Justin.
