Job Description

Well Established Client in Midland/ Odessa, Tx is seeking:
Field Service Technician 
 
Essential Responsibilities
· Responsible for the planned and unplanned servicing hydraulic fracturing and power generation at customer site locations
· Perform basic troubleshooting activities on site with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions
· Execute required procedures for preventative maintenance
· Install and/or replace new or reconditioned repair parts
· Maintain tools, test equipment properly, and ensure proper calibration
· Explain technical issues in a concise way
· Provide external and internal reports in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
· Prove a strong safety mindset to ensure the executed work reflects the technical requirements along with established safety standards
· Build a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional approach
  Qualifications/Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· An Associate degree in an electrical technical field such as automotive, electrical or other related degree is preferred
· 5 years’ experience in a field service role with natural gas engines, power generation equipment, and other related rotating equipment
· Willingness and ability to travel about 80% of the time in the United States
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S without Visa sponsorship
 
 
Location
· Midland/Odessa TX and live in the area. 
 
Physical Requirements :
· Ability to continuously stand & walk
· Frequently push & pull
· Occasionally bend & stoop
· Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs
· Working outside in variable weather conditions to include heat, humidity, cold & wind
