Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends as needed)
Hours: 8-5 + Overtime when required

Position Overview
Our excellent client in Midland is seeking a reliable, hardworking Wash Bay Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for washing tools, maintaining a clean and safe wash bay area, and supporting equipment preparation. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, has strong attention to detail, and maintains a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Can safely use a high pressure washer.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail tools and equipment according to company standards with a high-power pressure washer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area
- Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect tools before and after cleaning to ensure quality
- Dispose of waste materials in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
- Assist with general duties when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Work overtime and weekends when necessary to support operational needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a wash bay, detailing, or shop environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Safety-focused mindset
