Is seeking a
Water Treatment Operator
Responsibilities:
- Will be picking up and taking samples of wastewater from multiple locations on facility grounds.
- Will be monitoring wastewater systems such as motor, pump, equipment etc. throughout the facility.
- Overseeing waste on conveyor belt
- Driving dump truck on location
- Keeping the yard clean of trash
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor on shift
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and be trained on how to take proper samples and monitor equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must be able to work alone and or with others
- Must be able to work a rotating shift of 12 hours on day or night and 12 hours off day or night (During training this can fluctuate more often being night and or day)
- Must be able to endure long periods of standing and walking throughout shift.
- Will be working in Inclement weather elements, such as extreme heat and extreme cold and West Texas dust
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver’s license
